When we tour homes, we walk the property together inside and out, discussing condition, features, and important details so you understand the home beyond the surface level. I also point out visible concerns, maintenance items, and material details so you feel informed about the home as a whole.

While inspections can sometimes be waived in competitive situations, I strongly believe in thorough property understanding. My goal is to help you make informed decisions and have a clear picture of the home before closing day, not surprises after.
